We’re looking for a Graduate Functional Banking Consultant to join our Qaracter Academy , where you’ll get hands-on experience with banking products, processes, and client projects , supported by an expert team. What you’ll do: Learn the ins and outs of banking products and operations. You will specialize in the Murex platform, Front to Back Office functions. Front Office: understanding of financial conventions, evaluation of mathematical models with interpolations and probability density. Middle Office: analysis of sensitivities using partial derivatives and market stress scenarios, supported by statistical analysis. Back Office : understanding of accounting, payment workflows, and messaging. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional solutions. Participate in real projects that impact financial processes. Collaborate with tech and business teams while receiving mentorship from experienced consultants. What we’re looking for: Recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related fields. High Interest in financial markets and trading and risk management software. Analytical skills to understand mathematical models and market data. Basic knowledge of financial instruments and trading conventions. Solid mathematical knowledge (e.g., interpolation, probability) Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn banking processes and high communication / client-facing skills.
