Job Description
BRL 160.000 - 200.000 Overview Senior Key Account Director (KAD) & Technical Professional role at Oracle. Responsibilities Key Account Management: Build, sustain, and expand long-lasting relationships with strategic customers, acting as their primary point of contact. Sales Acumen: Generate new sales opportunities and develop plans to advance until deal closure. Forecast with the Sales Team. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, manage risks, and ensure client satisfaction. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within accounts, collaborating with sales and product teams to craft compelling proposals and close deals. Project Oversight: Supervise the delivery and integration of complex technological solutions, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality objectives. Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance on our products, ensuring solutions are tailored to clients’ business and technical needs. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product development with client feedback and market trends. Industry Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to provide proactive advice to clients and inform business strategy. Reporting: Produce regular account reviews, forecasts, and status updates for senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business and/or Business Development Related. Relevant experience in key account management or technical leadership in a technology-driven environment. Track record managing major enterprise accounts and delivering technical and tactical solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with cross-functional team leadership. Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. Strong Leadership, Project Management oriented with a technical background in Telecom and Finance industries as a differential. Fluent in English and Spanish.
