Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our Sales Team. This is an out-of-office role focused on engaging directly with owners and operators of car wash businesses to promote and sell our products/services to their clientele. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. This is a field-based role within the Gauteng region, that involves regular travel to meet clients on-site. DUTIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identify and approach potential clients within the car wash sector through visits, referrals, and networking • Present and promote a tailored financial product (RenewTech) to prospective clients in order to generate viable sales leads to the Sales Call Centre • Provide detailed overview of product and answer client inquiries • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets • Gather feedback and market insights to inform sales strategies • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions • Build and maintain relationships with car wash owners, manager, and partners. EDUCATION: • Grade 12 / Matric EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ sales experience • Proven experience in field or direct sales • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently • Must be able to manage time effectively • Must have a valid driver’s license and willing to travel frequently • Motor Industry experience would be an advantage • Passion for sales • Ability so sell • Energetic • Fluent in English • Confident and assertive
