What you'll do Conduct research on industry campaigns, covering competitor trends, market analysis, and related topics, to inform and shape actionable campaign strategies. Support the Operations Manager with planning and structuring tasks, including streamlining reporting, tracking, and post-campaign reviews. Assist in developing and optimizing processes that improve operational efficiency and team workflow. Contribute creative ideas to campaign content and execution, bringing fresh perspectives to enhance impact. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of campaign initiatives. What you'll need Currently an undergraduate/graduate student or a recent graduate. Academic background in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field (preferred). Fluent in English and local language. Strong passion and curiosity for the Web3 industry.
