As part of our global Sales & Operations Team, you’ll support the design and coordination of journeys for our partner travel agencies in Europe, the United States and beyond, ensuring every itinerary runs perfectly from start to finish. What will you do in this role? Tailor-made quoting: Prepare personalized travel itineraries, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability. Document management: Create and update key documents (itineraries, confirmations, etc.) with precision and accuracy. Sales team support: Assist in handling client requests and follow-ups, ensuring fast and effective responses. Supplier coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to secure the best rates and availability. Quality control: Review every travel proposal before presentation to ensure it’s perfect. Reservation follow-up: Ensure that all trip operations run smoothly from booking to completion. What are we looking for? University degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level). Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and meet client needs. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. What do we offer?
