Haircare IBP Commercial Strategy & Planning Specialist EMEA‑IP Job Mission The mission of this role is to support sales with effective and valuable trade marketing initiatives that lay the groundwork for the sales force activities, maximize sales, grow the salons business, increase end‑client satisfaction and elevate the brand image and sustainability. Duties and Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Support execution and follow‑up of the Local Master Plan and go‑to‑market strategy. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and contribute to strategic tool development. Pricing & Market Intelligence Assist in setting local prices and maintaining price lists. Analyze competitor pricing, product mix, sales data and perform ad‑hoc market analyses. Trade Marketing & Promotions Develop and adapt local sales and promotional tools. Support incentive programmes and manage promotional budgets. Ensure consistency with global templates and support local initiatives. Communication & Online Channels Support communication plan development and execution. Monitor social media, PR activities and assist with agency coordination and website updates. Support local e‑commerce & e‑retailers. Sales Forecasting & Analytics Contribute to sales forecasting and launch planning (tools, promos, prospecting kits). Track sell‑in & sell‑out, product mix and perform ad‑hoc performance analysis. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Prepare reports and track performance across relevant areas of responsibility. Person Specification and Requirements Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry (professional haircare market). Decision‑making capacity, leadership & management skills. Problem‑solving and “make things happen” ability. Ability to think critically, creatively and react quickly to environmental changes. Team player. Strong commercial acumen and business understanding. Commercial awareness accompanied by a strategic mindset. Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships (strong interpersonal skills). Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills. Time‑management, project‑management and budget‑management. Experience analysing large amounts of data and trends. Passionate about sustainability. Availability to travel frequently within assigned EMEA‑IP countries. Full proficiency in English is a must; Italian is nice to have; any third language could be relevant. The role will have responsibilities within the region and could be based in Parma or elsewhere in the region.
