Salon Manager

Oyinnstouch, a leading Afro hair & beauty brand with branches in Plumstead and Chatham, is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to oversee both locations. The ideal candidate will: Live within easy reach of both branches. Have proven salon or team management experience. Bring knowledge of Afro hair care and passion for excellent service. Be proactive, organised, and able to grow and develop a team. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day salon operations across both branches. Lead, motivate, and support stylists and trainees. Oversee staff rotas, appointments, and customer service. Recruit, train, and develop staff to company standards. Monitor performance, client satisfaction, and salon targets. Manage stock levels, budgets, and daily reporting. Ensure health & safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance. Work with the director and social media team on promotions. Handle customer escalations professionally and efficiently. Salary: £28,000 £32,000 per year performance bonus.
