The Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, youll work with clients across the finance sector from investment firms to global consultancies to help them find the best talent on the market. This is a full 360 recruitment role, meaning youll manage the process from start to finish: winning new clients, sourcing top candidates, conducting interviews and closing deals.
