Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of all marketing and communications activity across residential apartments, serviced apartments, fitness facilities, spa, and F&B outlets. This hands-on role in a small, fast-paced team is ideal for someone who thrives on combining strategy with day-to-day execution. You’ll manage a Marketing Executive and collaborate with internal teams, third-party operators, and agencies to ensure brand consistency and marketing excellence across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy supporting residential, hospitality, and wellness operations. Drive visibility through targeted campaigns, PR, influencer activity, and digital marketing. Support new building launches and site openings. Line manage, mentor, and develop the Marketing Executive. Collaborate with HoDs to identify and deliver marketing support across the business. Manage agency relationships and approvals to ensure effective output. Oversee the annual marketing calendar, campaigns, and activations, tracking performance and ROI. Manage budgets and report on effectiveness. Maintain and evolve brand assets, collateral, and governance processes. Develop and communicate brand guidelines and templates. Lead property marketing launches, campaigns, and restoration project initiatives. Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and engagement. Benchmark competitors and support ad hoc marketing and communication needs. Experience & Skills: Strong marketing experience within property, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors. Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools. Proven record in leading and delivering marketing strategies. Excellent project management, copywriting, and organisational skills. Confident written and verbal communicator. Hands-on, proactive approach with experience managing agencies and multiple projects.
