What You’ll Do This role is designed to prepare you for future leadership and management responsibilities. You’ll: Develop in-depth product and client knowledge to meet customer needs and drive results Learn to manage and motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment Receive one-on-one mentoring and coaching from experienced senior managers Play an active role in achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction Build your confidence, communication, and leadership abilities daily Support new team members through onboarding and training Assist in setting daily team goals, tracking progress, and motivating performance Help organise team schedules and reporting Contribute ideas to improve team processes and campaign performance As your skills and confidence grow, so will your responsibilities and career progression.
