Womens Health Nurse Practitioner

Annual Salary: $130k-$180k (varies depending on years of experience) Position Overview: We re seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner with a focus on women s health to join a dynamic clinical team. This role involves providing high-quality care, fostering patient education, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, including gynecological exams and screenings. Prescribe medications and therapies based on clinical evaluations and patient needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Educate patients about their health conditions and preventive care strategies in an accessible and empathetic manner. Initiate diagnostic testing and interpret results to guide treatment planning. Refer patients to specialists or other services when appropriate, and consult with supervising providers as needed. Uphold strict standards of patient confidentiality and ethical practice. Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical discussions. Engage in quality improvement efforts and support organizational goals. Be receptive to constructive feedback and committed to professional development. Requirements: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and current licensure in New York State. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in women s health. Familiarity with underserved and diverse patient populations is highly valued. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
