Are you a creative, results-driven marketer with a passion for education and digital campaigns? Join a dynamic Marketing team as a Marketing Campaigns Manager and help shape the future. The Role: In this pivotal role, you’ll lead integrated marketing campaigns to attract teaching and support staff, generate school leads, and support wider Group initiatives. You’ll work across digital channels, leveraging your creativity and analytical skills to deliver impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, content, SEO, PPC, social media). Use audience segmentation to tailor messaging and channel strategy. Write engaging, audience-led content. Manage campaign assets and communications via the company intranet. Drive campaign execution in HubSpot, including email marketing, landing pages, and automation. Run and optimise PPC campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and more. Monitor performance using Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. The Person: Strong content creation skills, especially in writing and copy, are essential. The role demands comfort with marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and the ability to manage campaign logistics independently. Strategic thinking and data-driven iteration are key, alongside confident stakeholder engagement. You will feel comfortable working in a small agile team.
