You will: Work with hauliers and operational teams to keep our logistics function running smoothly Influence safety standards and drive continuous improvement Dive into data to spot trends, write reports, and recommend smarter ways of working Visit operational sites to understand how logistics works on the ground Collaborate with other departments to build your network and deliver value across the business Monitor and respond to future trends and innovation within the construction materials industry Regularly review industry standards to ensure best practice and compliance Maintain and enhance Tarmacs position as a leading construction materials supplier Align fleet strategy with the companys sustainability targets and environmental commitments Manage multiple processes and projects always looking for ways to innovate Youll also take part in our Graduate Core Skills Development Programme, designed to grow your business knowledge, build your confidence, and connect you with other grads and leaders across Tarmac.
