Reporting directly to and working closely with the Headmaster, the CFOO will be responsible for shaping and delivering the schools financial and operational strategy. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee finance, HR, IT, facilities, and property, ensuring that all non-academic functions operate efficiently, strategically, and in full alignment with the schools educational mission. You will bring a commercial mindset, operational excellence, and strong leadership to an environment that values collaboration, integrity, and ambition. We are seeking a senior leader with proven experience across finance and operations, qualified by experience or with a professional background in business, education, or commercial management.
