Medication Support Administering or prompting medication as per care plans. Companionship & Emotional Support Engaging with clients, reducing loneliness, and providing reassurance. Meal Preparation & Feeding Assistance Preparing nutritious meals and helping clients eat if required. Mobility Assistance Supporting clients with moving around safely, including hoisting and repositioning if necessary. Household Tasks Helping with light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping to maintain a comfortable home environment. Running Errands Assisting with shopping, prescription collection, or attending medical appointments. Monitoring & Reporting Observing changes in health and well-being and reporting concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals. Promoting Independence Encouraging clients to do as much as they can for themselves while offering appropriate support. Building Relationships Developing a trusting relationship with clients and their families, ensuring a person-centred approach to care.
