The Role: MENTORING the Next Generation You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Health and Social Care apprenticeship qualifications in their place of work. Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of HSC Apprenticeship qualifications Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners, both remotely via Video, telephone and email and also visits to their place of work. Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification) We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Health and Social Care: Occupational Experience: Minimum 3 years' relevant occupational experience within Elderly Care (Deputy Manager or above, ideally in a Residential Care Home environment) Technical Qualification: Minimum Level 3 HSC related qualification .
