Paid Social Media Manager

Job Title: Paid Social Manager @ High-Growth Health & Wellness Brand Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in office) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing D2C health and wellness brand that’s redefining what longevity and preventative health look like. They're looking for a Paid Social Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing, someone both analytical and creative, ready to own and scale paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube . You’ll be part of a collaborative, data-driven team where performance, creative experimentation, and measurable impact go hand-in-hand. Key Responsibilities Own the strategy, structure, and performance of paid social channels, with a deep focus on Meta . Build, optimise, and scale campaigns - testing creative, audiences, and bidding strategies. Partner closely with the creative team to develop ad concepts and content pipelines. Leverage analytics and attribution tools to inform spend and optimisation. Explore and scale new channels such as TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Translate performance data into actionable insights for marketing and creative teams. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns. Deep understanding of creative testing, funnel strategy, and paid performance metrics . Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation and reporting skills. Hands-on experience or strong interest in TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Ads. Experience within D2C, health & wellness, or challenger consumer brands preferred. Collaborative, curious, and confident working cross-functionally. Why Apply?
