Head of Sales & Marketing – Global Opportunity Location: Kettering, UK Hours: Full-time (37.5 per week) Salary: £75000.00 A leading international organisation is seeking an accomplished Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and inspire their global Sales & Marketing function. This high-profile role is responsible for driving new business, increasing sales, and expanding a worldwide membership base. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a global commercial strategy across multiple divisions. Lead, motivate, and grow high-performing Sales & Marketing teams. Drive sales of services and expand international membership. Build key account plans, identify cross-selling opportunities, and set strategic targets. Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives . Maintain strong relationships with key clients globally through regular visits and communication. About You: Proven experience creating and executing commercial strategies . Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring teams . Excellent understanding of diverse industries and supply chains. Results-driven with experience setting targets and measuring performance. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels and international travel . Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint; skilled in delivering presentations and webinars. Full driving licence essential. Desirable: Experience in testing or certification environments . Event planning and delivery experience. Social media management experience. Familiarity with CRM systems.
