Responsibilities: Support the execution of R&S processes and other Human Resources subsystem activities. Act as a strategic partner to leaders, with advisory power in people management. Support decisions on climate, culture, and performance, mediate conflicts, propose and validate action plans, participate in audits, and strengthen engagement, development, and succession practices. Work as a generalist in Human Resources and Labor Law. Have knowledge of leadership development, organizational climate, culture, and Human Resources indicators and labor legislation.
