Qualified Vehicle Technician

Minimum Requirements: Qualified Technician (Trade Test / Red Seal) Grade 12 Certificate Valid drivers licence Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician (experience with Stellantis brands advantageous) Computer literate Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Attention to detail and time management skills Solid diagnostic and fault-finding knowledge Excellent customer orientation Being bilingual in English and Afrikaans is an advantage Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the customer experience from service to handover Diagnose, repair and service vehicles to manufacturer standards Conduct detailed fault investigations using diagnostic tools Ensure all customer interactions maintain high satisfaction levels Communicate effectively with customers regarding concerns, actions and progress Work safely, efficiently and in an environmentally responsible manner Salary Structure: Basic monthly salary Incentive-based earnings Provident fund & medical aid benefits
