Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Research and identify potential customers (with sales admin support). Arrange and conduct product demonstrations. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and close deals. Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients. Demonstrate sound product knowledge over time. Explore and develop routes to market beyond South Africa. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Travel regularly to meet clients. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 35 years sales experience in logistics and/or technology , ideally ERP systems. Proven record of meeting sales targets and generating new business. Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle . Strong negotiation, presentation, and selling skills. Professional, well-groomed, and confident client-facing manner. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and research skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot). Self-motivated, independent, and organised with strong prioritisation skills. QUALIFICATIONS: Matric / Grade 12 (required). Post-matric qualification in Sales or related field (advantageous). Proven sales track record with evidence of past achievements. DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES: Exceptional written and verbal communication. Excellent time management and deal-closing ability.
