Sales Strategy Development and Execution Develop actionable sales plans and goals based on the overall brand strategy and market conditions to ensure steady sales growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes. Sales Team Management and Training Build and manage an efficient sales team, clearly defining roles and responsibilities to improve team cohesion and execution. Organize regular sales training sessions to share industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product information to enhance the team’s professional skills and sales abilities. Customer Resource Expansion and Maintenance Develop and expand your own client base by targeting specific market segments and understanding customer insights to attract potential clients and improve conversion rates. Understand customer needs deeply, provide personalized jewelry solutions, and establish long-term, stable customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty. Guide the sales team in organizing and maintaining customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information. Brand Promotion and Marketing Activities Assist the marketing department in planning and executing various promotional activities such as product launches, themed exhibitions, etc., to enhance the brand’s visibility and influence in the Singapore market. Build strong partnerships with media, KOLs, and other collaborators to expand brand communication channels. Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis Regularly monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, identify growth points and potential issues, and provide insights for decision-making. Based on performance analysis, adjust sales strategies and team resource allocation to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Job Requirements: Education Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Jewelry Design, or related fields. Experience Over 5 years of sales experience in the jewelry industry, including at least 2 years in sales management. Familiarity with high-end jewelry market operations is required. Professional Skills In-depth knowledge of various gemstones and the ability to accurately identify and assess gem quality. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Proficient in sales data analysis and performance monitoring methods, using data to drive sales decisions. Advanced proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., to efficiently complete documentation and data analysis tasks. Strong market insight, able to accurately capture market trends and customer needs. Strong leadership and team management abilities to lead the team in achieving sales targets. Innovative thinking and the ability to continuously explore new sales methods and strategies. Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management and project management skills. Bonus Points Certification from professional jewelry grading institutions such as Gubelin, Guild, or GIA. Experience working with internationally renowned luxury jewelry brands.
