As we continue to expand our creative department we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The Role As a Graphic Designer at I Grunwerg Ltd, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brands to life through engaging visual content. You’ll support the marketing team with design projects across digital, print, packaging, and social media — ensuring that all creative output aligns with our brand identity and high standards. • Developing Print-Based Marketing Material: Assist in the design and layout of product catalogues, promotional brochures, sales & marketing materials and exhibition graphics. • Packaging Design: Help in the development and creation of eye-catching packaging design. This will involve new concepts and working within exiting brand guidelines to create packaging solutions for retail and e-commerce products. • Digital Design: Creating engaging content for our websites, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns. Opportunity to develop motion graphics and boost skills in engaging visual content. • Visual Assets & Photography: Some opportunity to assist our content creators with product photography and lifestyle (photo & video) content. Ability to assist with post-production editing is also a valuable skill. • Maintaining Brand Consistency: Ensuring all design output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality and consistency. • Team Collaboration: You will be working closely with our sales, marketing and creative teams. A sociable personality with a positive attitude is essential. We hope for a personality who can bring fresh creativity and engage with an ambitious design team. About You Degree level qualification in Graphic Design or a related creative field (with a minimum grade of 2:1) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator as an essential. A strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and a clean, modern aesthetic. Good understanding of core design principles, including layout, typography and visual identity. Technical and digital skills should include print preparation and post production editing. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality visual execution. Furthermore, excellent grammar and ability to proof-read with diligence is an essential skill. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Finally, an outgoing and sociable personality who is both passionate about design and eager to learn alongside our an enthusiastic creative team is the perfect candidate. Desirable skills • Wider skillset in Adobe CC would ideally include Premiere & After Effects • Interest in content creation for social media and e-commerce. • Enthusiastic interest in cooking, food and homewares. Past experience of the hospitality industry can prove insightful. (With limited public transport links, a valid UK driving license is strongly preferred.) • Exceptional Facilities and Equipment .
