Macgregor Black are partnering with a Growing Toy Brand on the search for a Graphic Designer. This is a permanent role based in Watford. As the Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality visual assets that support product launches, packaging, retail displays, and marketing campaigns across a diverse licensed toy portfolio. Support the development of marketing visuals for digital and social media campaigns. Create mock-ups and presentation boards for retailer pitches and product previews. Manage and prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy and print quality. Collaborate closely with the Product Development and Marketing teams to bring new toy concepts to life. Liaise with external suppliers, printers, and licensors to ensure timely delivery and brand compliance. Maintain consistency and creativity across all touchpoints, balancing fun, clarity, and commercial appeal. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within the toy industry or a related consumer product category. Strong understanding of licensed brand design and experience working with global entertainment properties. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and confident preparing artwork for print. A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative, can-do attitude. Passion for toys, characters, and storytelling through design. Competitive salary benefits. Please contact Luke Boyle for more information today.
