The Quantity Surveying Opportunity: As the successful Quantity Surveyor you will be at the forefront, having input and supporting the Seniors throughout the entire project lifecycle, experiencing every construction phase. * Given full project task responsibility from day one * Working on projects from inception to completion * Key interaction with clients, contractors and architects from the offset * Offered tailored APC support (if wanting working towards chartership) Projects, Values & Sectors: They're confident that they can offer the successful Quantity Surveyor one of the widest varieties of projects in the market, with their typical schemes sitting between £3-5M and others reaching the heights of £45M. Projects range from commercial offices, private education and conservation/heritage properties, to some of the most luxurious country and townhouses in London and the home counties.
