This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or aspiring Recruitment Consultant looking to build a rewarding career within education recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Source, attract, and register high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles. Support compliance and safeguarding checks to ensure all candidates meet vetting requirements. Provide excellent communication and candidate care throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with recruitment consultants to help fill vacancies efficiently and professionally. Skills & Attributes Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Confidence using IT systems and social media platforms. Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales is advantageous but not essential.
