Very competitive starting salary circa £45,000 DOE 25 days annual leave Christmas off as a additional leave (discretionary) Birthday off 9 day working fortnight option Pension Discretionary company bonus Healthcare Hybrid and flexible working Basics of the role Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects, including providing technical support Monitor budgets for clients based on their specifications to ensure work is delivered to budget and timescales Liaise with clients and external designers Compile specifications, drawings and contract documents to the required technical quality, ensuring designs comply with the relevant codes, standards, regulations and procedures Provide building engineering services design to buildings and infrastructure Identify scope changes, under the change control process, and maintain planning and cost control Who are we looking for First and foremost we are looking for someone who is a self starter and can work autonomously, as well as part of a team You’ll have 4 years of working in Mechanical Building Services Design UK driving licence Ideally hold an industry recognised BEng or MEng degree
