Applications Analyst North West England / Hybrid (2 days office based) Permanent | Early Finish Fridays £55,000 Car Allowance & Excellent Benefits About the Opportunity Maslow are supporting a global business with a rich heritage and a forward-thinking digital strategy. As Applications Analyst , you’ll play a key role in managing and optimising the company’s applications, from those as small as Spotify, to business-critical applications. You’ll take ownership of the full application lifecycle, from on-boarding and integration through to renewal, upgrades, and decommissioning, while leading testing and quality assurance activities across global initiatives. What You’ll Do Act as the main point of contact for application lifecycle management, onboarding, renewals, vendor management, upgrades, and decommissioning. Lead end-to-end testing for SAP and other key systems across global projects and change initiatives. Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts aligned to business requirements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report on test progress and quality metrics. Manage defects and drive continuous improvement in test processes and tools. Support global application governance, ensuring compliance with IT and security standards. Work cross-functionally with IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors across multiple regions. What You’ll Bring Experience in application management and test leadership within complex, multi-system environments. Knowledge of application testing and integration between enterprise applications. (you'll have the chance to learn SAP testing) Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
