We live by our mantra: Constantly Create Better — and we’re looking for Territory Manager's who share that mindset across the UK About the Role As a Territory Manager , you’ll be responsible for nurturing existing relationships and forging new partnerships across Primary and Secondary Care. You’ll work closely with our nursing team to drive growth through our Vyne DAC (Dispensing Appliance Contractor) and champion our digital platform VyneOnline, which is transforming care across hospitals and ICBs. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and grow accounts across NHS Trusts, ICSs, PBPs, PCNs, and Care Homes Collaborate with Continence Teams and Nurse Specialists to gain formulary inclusion and drive community prescriptions Identify and engage key opinion leaders to promote Optimum Medical products and digital solutions Build trusted relationships with MDTs, procurement teams, and decision-makers across the healthcare system Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and aftercare What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ B2B field sales experience in healthcare Proven success in new business development and stakeholder engagement Strong, persuasive communicator with a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude Ability to work independently and manage a territory Solid understanding of NHS structures and pathways Experience with DACs is desirable Full UK driving license (daily travel required; occasional visits to Leeds HQ) What We Offer Full induction, ongoing training, and regular performance reviews Competitive basic salary plus generous uncapped bonus scheme (individual, team, and company-wide) Choice of company car or car allowance 27 days holiday bank holidays option to buy/sell 5 days £25 voucher on your birthday Annual volunteer/charity day Health Cash Plan (cashback on healthcare treatments) 24/7 GP Anytime service and Employee Assistance Programme Designated Mental Health First Aiders Life Assurance (3x salary) and pension plan A vibrant, values-led culture with regular social events Our Values We hire people who reflect our values and believe in our People Focused Pledge.
