Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a growing and collaborative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning ideas into impactful visual content and enjoys working across a diverse range of design projects. About the role You’ll play a key part in developing and maintaining a strong, consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. From concept to completion, you’ll create high-quality designs that support marketing, sales, and wider business objectives helping to elevate the brand and deliver engaging, effective communications. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all platforms Produce compelling visuals for sales presentations, proposals, and workspace renderings Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and presentations Create digital assets for social media, websites, and email campaigns Design print materials such as signage, stationery, and promotional items Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams on creative concepts and campaigns Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards Provide visual support for sales, marketing, and internal communications initiatives Track the performance of design materials and suggest improvements Maintain organised design files, software, and equipment Assist with internal projects, events, and trade show graphics Contribute to brand merchandise, photo shoots, and video productions Research design trends and share creative insights with the wider team Requirements: A passion for design with a strong creative eye Proficiency in design software, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) Understanding of brand and visual identity principles Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering quality work A brilliant opportunity to join a supportive team where creativity is valued and ideas are encouraged.
