Multi Skills / Retrofit Lecturer – Further Education (South London Area) Shape the future of sustainable construction. The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with a leading Further Education provider in South London, and we are building a bank of dedicated and qualified Multi Skills and Retrofit Lecturers to support future opportunities within the Construction department. Role: Lecturer in Multi Skills / Retrofit Location: South London Pay rate: £30.00 to £37.87 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled professionals with a strong background in Multi Skills and Green Construction, who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience with the next generation of construction specialists. Responsibilities include: • Delivering and assessing high-quality learning programmes in Construction and Retrofit across a range of FE and apprenticeship levels • Supporting learners through engaging, practical, and theory-based teaching • Undertaking programme leadership, tutorial, and administrative duties • Contributing to the ongoing development of innovative curriculum delivery Requirements: • Industry-recognised qualification in Construction, Multi Skills, or Retrofit • Post-16 teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe) • English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or above (or willingness to gain them) • Proven track record of professional or vocational expertise in the Construction sector • Experience in FE teaching, training, or apprenticeship delivery is desirable • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking Construction team committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainability in education.
