This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and can confidently lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure pupils remain focused and productive. You’ll be supporting a range of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to maintain a consistent and positive learning atmosphere throughout the school day. To be successful, you’ll need strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to think on your feet.
