Keeping Ontime delivery of required Goods and Services and monitoring the status Detectingandsignalingflawsinapproaches,methods,proceduresandprocessesandsuggestsimprovements. Takingcareofcontractnegotiationandrenovationanddiscussionwithsuppliers Managingsupplierrelationshipstounderstandthebusiness,gathermarketintelligence,assessriskandensurecompliancetoKPIs Handlingcommunicationwithcolleaguesandthebusinessaboutdatagatheringandanalysis. Managingproblemsandschedulingchanges Reportingthesupplierperformanceandanynon-Conformitycases ProcessingandtakingcareofSuppliers`invoicesandanyrequiredrectification Understandingthecontentofpurchaseditemsandpreparingthecomparisontablestofindthebestvalue. Tobesuccessfulinthisroleyouwill: HaveaBachelor'sdegreefromanaccrediteduniversityorcollegePreferredwithtechnicalbackground. SomeExperienceoradequatetrainingonContracts/Agreementtemplates Demonstrateexcellentcommunicationskillsandanabilitytobuildtrustingrelationshipswithcustomersandsuppliers HaveexperiencewithSAPorOracleisessential. Leadingprocurementactivitiesandbringingtothedecisionmaking.
