Start as soon as possible! The Role: You’ll be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of Solar PV systems. Projects include schools, colleges, luxury homes, and commercial properties. Duties: * Fault finding and troubleshooting * Carrying out system upgrades * Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations * Producing accurate reports and documentation * Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service Skills & Experience required: * 18th Edition & C&G 2391 or 2394/5 (or equivalent) * At least 2 years’ experience with Solar PV systems * Full UK Driving Licence * Strong inspection and testing knowledge * ECS Gold card * Excellent communication and time management skills * Flexible, professional, and positive approach Nice to Have: * SSSTS, IPAF or PASMA certifications * Solar PV & EESS certificates What’s On Offer: * Salary: £40,000 (neg depending on experience) * Excellent overtime rates: Time and a half (evenings/Saturdays), double time (Sundays/Bank Holidays) * Company vehicle & fuel card * Mobile phone & PDA * Pension: 3% employer / 5% employee contribution * 20 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 25 with service) * Death in Service benefit * Full PPE & uniform provided * Career development and training opportunities
