Lead HVAC Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Mechanical HVAC Engineer This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of a range of mechanical and HVAC systems, ensuring everything operates safely, efficiently, and in line with HTM standards. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical and HVAC systems. * Take the lead on regulatory and HTM-specific maintenance for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. * Conduct inspections, fault finding, and minor installation works. * Maintain accurate service and maintenance records (digital and paper).
