Your Role As a Fleet & Training Administrator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our fleet and staff training operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include: * Managing company vehicle records, including MOT, servicing, insurance, and driver documentation * Liaising with suppliers and employees regarding vehicle allocation and maintenance schedules * Coordinating training bookings, renewals, and certifications for employees and contractors * Maintaining accurate databases and training matrices * Supporting audits and compliance checks for fleet and training documentation * Assisting with general administration and reporting across the business About You * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills * Confident using MS Office, particularly Excel and Word * Clear and professional communication skills * Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (fleet or training admin desirable) * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Offer * Competitive salary of £26,000 per annum * Full training and development opportunities * 25 days annual leave bank holidays * Pension scheme, private healthcare, and life assurance * Flexible working options * Team socials and volunteering opportunities * A supportive and inclusive culture where your contributions are valued Ready to Drive Your Career Forward?
