Responsibilities Understand client needs and tailor marketing solutions to meet those needs effectively Participate in a structured training program covering key business functions, including operations, sales, customer service, and team management. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Develop leadership and decision-making skills by supervising small teams and managing assigned tasks. Work closely with senior managers and team members to learn day-to-day operations.
