Support Team Leader-Lincoln-£32K Location: Lincoln Salary: £30-£32K Service: Supportive Living Service- Learning disabilities & mental health service Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Team Leader to join our Lincoln-based service. This supportive living service supports individuals with mental health challenges and learning disabilities, ensuring a fully staffed and structured environment for gradual occupancy. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead, motivate, and manage a frontline support team, ensuring high-quality care and support. ✔ Provide hands-on leadership, working within the rota and offering local on-call support. ✔ Mentor and develop staff, overseeing training and induction processes. ✔ Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and external stakeholders. ✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, conducting assessments and corrective actions as needed. ✔ Manage budgets and resources efficiently to meet service demands. ✔ Maintain clear and effective communication across the team and key stakeholders. Essential Requirements: ✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards it). ✔ Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within health and social care. ✔ Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. ✔ Understanding of regulatory requirements for mental health and learning disabilities. ✔ Excellent communication and IT proficiency. ✔ Full UK driving licence with business use insurance.
