We provide a full suite of valuation and modelling services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, Private Equity portfolios, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Illiquid Securities and Financial and Tax reporting. How you will contribute Due to the continued growth of the team we are looking for a Director to join us in our Paris office. Responsibilities: Work closely our Managing Directors in France and across Europe on business development activities including proposals, pitches & networking Lead multiple and complex Valuation engagements whilst collaborating closely with a range of industry leading specialists across different teams Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling Conduct research, synthesize information and develop reports Contribute to the development of the wider team through the provision of formal and informal training Typical projects will include: Fairness Opinions Valuations in a Restructuring Context Commercial Valuations PE Portfolio Valuations Purchase Price Allocations Intellectual Property Valuations Qualifications Significant valuations experience gained in the Valuations team at a Big 4 accounting firm / independent valuation firm / consulting firm Graduated from a leading “Grande Ecoles” ideally combined with an exceptional academic record, including a strong focus on Finance and/or Mathematics or similar At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, either in a corporate environment or within a specialized consulting firm. Excellent oral and written communication skills Fluent business level French and English is essential.
