Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Corporate Sales & Outreach Identify, engage, and convert corporate L&D, HR, and business leaders for bulk nominations into SAIs open programs. Generate leads independently through personal networks, referrals, company & industry events, and thought-leadership forums. Drive bulk corporate enrolments (550 participants per client) across various program formats. Manage the sales funnel end-to-end prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and post-enrolment relationship. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets through structured outreach and pipeline management. 2. Reporting & Analytics Maintain accurate data on leads, prospects, conversions, and revenue performance in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce). Provide weekly and monthly dashboards , sales forecasts, and performance reports to management. Track event-to-enrolment conversions and optimize outreach effectiveness. Key Skills & Competencies: 610 years of B2B / enterprise sales experience in corporate training, executive education, or EdTech , with a proven record of selling bulk nominations for open calendar programs. Strong CXO and L&D connects across industries. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Proven ability to generate leads independently and own closures end-to-end . Exposure to AI, Digital Transformation, or Emerging Tech learning programs (preferred). Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Education Management (MBA preferred). Prior experience in executive education or corporate training sales is essential. Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or Technology-led learning solutions is MUST
