Job Description
Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and manage business relationships with designated key accounts on a local, regional, or global level. Drive growth and retention by ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with overall strategic objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies, including account plans and measurable performance goals. Lead negotiations for sales agreements, commercial terms, and overall business volumes to secure favorable outcomes. Take full accountability for P&L performance, initiating measures to ensure order intake, revenue growth, and profitability. Foster close collaboration with internal teams to guarantee successful delivery of products and services to key accounts. Continuously analyze and optimize business processes, concepts, and solutions to improve efficiency and customer value. Qualifications and Experience Graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering , or a related field. 510 years of experience in key account management, business development, or a similar client-facing commercial role. Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver measurable business results. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving customer success.
