Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage departments, ensuring an exceptional dining experience and operational efficiency across all outlets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all food and beverage operations , ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction. Manage staff performance, scheduling, and workflow to maintain smooth operations. Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability. Collaborate with chefs and management on menu planning, product sourcing, and pricing strategies . Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation . Monitor and evaluate customer feedback , implementing improvements where necessary. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations . Provide training and leadership to foster a motivated and service-driven team. Utilize and manage operations through the Micros system effectively. Requirements & Qualifications: Grade 12 / Matric (essential). Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred). Minimum 35 years experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a hotel or restaurant environment. Proven experience with the Micros system (required). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and stock control. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends , service standards, and guest relations. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
