Junior IT Technician – Langebaan

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support for all internal systems. Assist in maintaining and managing the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre. Support and troubleshoot issues on Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, etc.). Work closely with the senior IT lead to gain hands-on experience and gradually take over daily IT management. Requirements: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. IT Diploma or Degree advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. Fluent in English and professional communication skills (you will support UK clients).
