Job Description
岗位职责:Job Responsibilities 在规定的区域、领域内完成公司下达的年度销售任务;Achieve the annual sales targets assigned by the company within the designated region / field. 所负责区域的市场开拓、客户拓展及关系维护工作;Develop markets, expand client base, and maintain customer relationships in the assigned area. 所负责区域的项目信息收集、分析、整理,项目合同签订、发货、收款及项目总结工作;Collect, analyze, and organize project information; handle contract signing, delivery, payment collection, and project summarization. 按照制度向公司汇报客户信息、项目信息情况,针对重点项目、重点客户群体提出自己的拓展思路及跟踪Report customer and project information to the company as required; propose expansion strategies and follow up on key projects and major client groups. 在公司预算范围内执行费用预算;Manage expense budgets within the company's financial framework. 公司安排的其他任务。Perform other tasks assigned by the company. 岗位要求:Job Requirements 专业:营销、管理类或工科(土木工程优先)相关专业大专以上学历;Education : College degree or above in Marketing, Management, or Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred). 年龄:25-36岁;Age : 25-36 years old. 工作经验:3年以上工程行业项目型销售工作经验,有基建工程行业内工程材料销售经验者优先考虑;Experience : Minimum 3 years of project-based sales experience in the engineering industry; candidates with sales experience in construction materials for infrastructure projects are preferred. 掌握熟练的销售技巧,商务谈判经验丰富,应变能力强;Proficient sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and adaptability. 较强的学习能力,能熟练使用PPT\WORD\EXCEL,能看懂CAD图纸;Fast learning ability; skilled in using PPT / Word / Excel; able to read CAD drawings. 形象、气质佳,有工作激情,具有团队精神,抗压能力强,适应出差。Professional appearance, positive attitude, teamwork spirit, resilience under pressure, and willingness to travel.
