What You’ll Be Doing: * Building scalable applications using .NET 8 / C#, React, and TypeScript * Designing cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure * Applying DDD principles to model complex business domains effectively * Collaborating with stakeholders and third-party teams to understand requirements and shape solutions * Contributing to architectural decisions, code reviews, and DevOps practices * Managing CI/CD pipelines and supporting end-to-end delivery What You’ll Bring: * 3 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / C#, React, and Azure * Proven experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in real projects * Understanding of clean architecture and modern system design * Strong communication skills - able to engage confidently with non-technical teams * Experience with SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Git, and CI/CD pipelines Bonus Skills: * Event-driven architecture (Azure Service Bus, Event Grid) * Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS * A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach What’s on Offer: * £45,000 - £65,000 * 27 days holiday paid birthday leave * Hybrid working (Oxford-based) * Company pension scheme and Employee Assistance Programme * 2 paid volunteering days per year * Other great benefits Interested in joining a team where your technical input and business insight truly matter?
