The Role We’re looking for passionate Psychology graduates for long-term and permanent SEN TA roles where you can: * Apply your Psychology knowledge directly in the classroom * Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups to help them thrive * Build lasting relationships with pupils, teachers, and SENCOs in supportive school settings * Access training, guidance, and progression opportunities to help shape your career in teaching, educational psychology, or therapy About You We’re looking for someone who: * Holds a degree in Psychology (or similar) * Has 6–12 months’ experience in a mainstream or specialist school * Brings patience, empathy, and curiosity to understand behaviours and support progress * Wants stability and consistency, not just ad-hoc supply Why Sprint?
