Graphic Designer 36,032 per annum (pay award pending) - Grade 6 Leeds / Hybrid Full time / Fixed term up to 6 months Closing date – 9 November at 23:55 We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Artworker to join our Marketing and Communications Design team. In this role, you will support the creative delivery of marketing and communication projects across a diverse range of areas - including transport initiatives, business support programmes, public consultations, and events. Our team works on an exciting variety of projects, producing both digital and print materials such as campaign assets, reports, documents, signage, and large-scale infrastructure graphics. The Role Reporting into Design Manager, your key responsibilities will include: · Apply brand guidelines and best practice design skills to prepare production-ready artwork across various print and digital specifications · Accurately maintain project files and assets in accordance with team procedures and record progress to meet key timescales and delivery deadlines · Attend weekly team meetings, and project meetings as required, to support the team and deliver assigned projects within agreed timeframes Please review the Role Profile on our website for more information about the responsibilities. About You You will have the following key skills, attributes, education and experience: • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or have practicable equivalent work experience and a qualification in graphic design • Professional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Acrobat • Demonstrable experience of accurately applying brand guidelines • Solid understanding of accessibility requirements and evidence of having implemented them in previous work • Experience managing multiple requests or projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines To Apply If this sounds like your next role, please complete the application form and tell us within the supporting statement why you would be a great fit for our role and how your skills, knowledge and experience align with the requirements within the Role Profile.
