Role Details Position: Graduate Support Staff Start Date: November Location: L7 Working Hours: Flexible What You’ll Be Doing Supporting students in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one sessions Assisting pupils with literacy, numeracy, and creative tasks Helping children with SEND or additional needs (training provided) Gaining valuable classroom experience to boost future applications for PGCE, psychology, or teaching routes What We’re Looking For A 2:2 degree or above A genuine interest in working with children and young people A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude Some experience with young people — such as tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering — is great, but not essential Why Work with Milk Education?
