Communications Assistant 6 Months FTC - Part time

Title: Communications Assistant 6 Months FTC 20HRS Reporting to: Communications Manager EMEA What you’ll do: Assist the Communications Department with all press requests, in addition to any sample requests arising internally, being directly responsible for the following regions: UK & Ireland, Scandinavia, BENELUX, Eastern Europe, The Baltics, Turkey and Portugal Responsible for booking out samples, coordinating messenger pickups, international shipping and following up to ensure timely return of all samples to avoid possible missed opportunities Support with sending out any confirmed Celebrity dressing requests handled by the Communications Coordinator and Communications Manager Update sample loan out / return tracker, maintain the PR Cupboard neatly organized throughout the season and archiving older collections Monitor the media in both print and online, including newspapers, magazines, broadcasts, social media platforms for any brand coverage Assist / support on all lists and invitations for catwalk shows / resees, monitor on press coverage Archiving all press clippings( both print and online) and scanning of all print coverage Assist with compiling weekly coverage updates to the wider team and business Actively keeping up to date with industry changes and potential outlets/talent that might be interesting for the brand to work with Support on seasonal press days, meeting press and building key relationships with junior editorial teams Participate in team brainstorming What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with the following experience and skills — but these aren’t set in stone.
