The Role We are seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join our Group internal communications function. The successful candidate will join play a key role in helping us to deliver internal communications to c22,000 colleagues across the 56 countries in which we operate. Seeking candidates skilled in creative internal communications, with expertise in communication technology, metrics, and community management. You will report into a senior internal communications manager and be based in our Central London office with the expectation of being onsite 2-3 days per week on average. What you'll be doing Internal communication: Build and complete comprehensive internal communication plans that engage, excite and align with our goals and values. Content Creation: Produce and edit high-quality content for various internal channels including social media posts, newsletters, intranet, emails, and event content. Ensure all content is clear, engaging, and consistent with our tone of voice and brand values. Community management: co-ordinate and promote engaging content to keep some of our largest Viva Engage communities active, ensuring a constant flow of fresh news and content. Demonstrate standard process: share effective community management practices with other colleagues. Comms guides, tools and processes: Support Senior Manager in production and management of them. Measurement and Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on the efficiency of internal communication efforts. Utilise metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Who we're looking for In addition to being able to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience needed to perform the role, we are looking for someone with: Outstanding Writing Skills: Proven track record to produce clear, compelling, and concise content for all platforms. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications. Experience in delivering campaigns and events. Expert knowledge of using communication technology to reach large-scale audiences and communities. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse metrics and produce informative reports. Proficiency in using Viva Engage and other community management platforms. Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging and effective communication.
